Return Policy  

Thank you for supporting Princess Shmincess! I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the return policy below.


eBook Downloads

All eBook sales are final and non-refundable. Once your eBook has been downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged.  

If you experience technical issues downloading or accessing your eBook, please contact me at info@princess-shmincess within 7 days of purchase, and I'll work with you to resolve the issue.


Physical Books (Hardcover & Paperback)

Books Fulfilled by Julie Keshmiry

I accept returns for physical books purchased directly from me within 1 week of delivery if:

  • The book arrives damaged or defective (i.e. missing pages)
  • You received the wrong item

Return Process:

  1. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via email to info@princess-shmincess immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
  2. Include your order number and photos of any damage
  3. I'll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label if the return qualifies
  4. Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days

Books Sold by Partner Stores

For books purchased through partner retailers or bookstores, please follow that retailer's specific return policy. I do not handle returns for items sold through third-party partners.

Exchanges

I currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different format or have received a damaged item, please follow the return process above, and you're welcome to place a new order.
