Return Policy
Thank you for supporting Princess Shmincess! I want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review the return policy below.
eBook Downloads
All eBook sales are final and non-refundable. Once your eBook has been downloaded, it cannot be returned or exchanged.
If you experience technical issues downloading or accessing your eBook, please contact me at info@princess-shmincess within 7 days of purchase, and I'll work with you to resolve the issue.
Physical Books (Hardcover & Paperback)
Books Fulfilled by Julie Keshmiry
I accept returns for physical books purchased directly from me within 1 week of delivery if:
- The book arrives damaged or defective (i.e. missing pages)
- You received the wrong item
Return Process:
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us via email to info@princess-shmincess immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- Include your order number and photos of any damage
- I'll provide return instructions and a prepaid return label if the return qualifies
- Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I'll process a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
Books Sold by Partner Stores
For books purchased through partner retailers or bookstores, please follow that retailer's specific return policy. I do not handle returns for items sold through third-party partners.
Exchanges
I currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different format or have received a damaged item, please follow the return process above, and you're welcome to place a new order.
